Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service or to impose new conditions on use of the Site, from time to time, in which case we will post the revised Terms of Service on this website. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Limited License to You. The Rainmaker Family further has the exclusive right to terminate individual user’s access to the Site and related account(s) including but not limited to the RAINMAKER MASTERMIND, MAKE IT RAIN MASTERCLASS, RAINMAKER INNER CIRCLE, DONE FOR YOU SERVICES, FAMILY FREEDOM CHALLENGE, AND PHYSICAL PRODUCTS, In-Person or Virtual Events, and Bonuses, for any reason including but not limited to any violation of the Terms of Service for this Site and/or the foregoing programs. You further agree that The Rainmaker Family will not be liable to you or to any third party for termination of your access to the Site as a result of any violation of these Terms of Service.

Your License to Us. By posting or submitting any material (including, without limitation, comments, blog entries, Facebook postings, photos and videos) to us via the Site, internet groups, social media venues, or to any of our staff via email, text or otherwise, you are representing: (i) that you are the owner of the material, or are making your posting or submission with the express consent of the owner of the material; and (ii) that you are thirteen years of age or older. As such, the copyrights in those works shall belong to The Rainmaker Family from their creation. Thus, The Rainmaker Family shall be deemed the author and exclusive owner thereof and shall have the right to exploit any or all of the results and proceeds in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, throughout the universe, in perpetuity, in all languages, as The Rainmaker Family determines. In the event that any of the results and proceeds of your submissions hereunder are not deemed a “work made for hire” under Section 101 of the Copyright Act, as amended, you hereby, without additional compensation, irrevocably assign, convey and transfer to The Rainmaker Family all proprietary rights, including without limitation, all copyrights and trademarks throughout the universe, in perpetuity in every medium, whether now known or hereafter devised, to such material and any and all right, title and interest in and to all such proprietary rights in every medium, whether now known or hereafter devised, throughout the universe, in perpetuity. Any posted material which are reproductions of prior works by you shall be co-owned by us.

You acknowledge that The Rainmaker Family has the right but not the obligation to use and display any postings or contributions of any kind and that The Rainmaker Family may elect to cease the use and display of any such materials (or any portion thereof), at any time for any reason whatsoever.

Limitations on Linking and Framing. You may establish a hypertext link to the Site so long as the link does not state or imply any sponsorship of your site by us or by the Site. Any user failing to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement may be expelled from and refused continued access to, the message boards, groups, chats or other such forums in the future. The Rainmaker Family or its designated agents may remove or alter any user-created content at any time for any reason. Message boards, chats, online communities and other public forums are intended to serve as discussion centers for users and subscribers. Information and content posted within these public forums may be provided by The Rainmaker Family staff, The Rainmaker Family’s outside contributors, or by users not connected with The Rainmaker Family, some of whom may employ anonymous usernames. The Rainmaker Family expressly disclaims all responsibility and endorsement and makes no representation as to the validity of any opinion, advice, information or statement made or displayed in these forums by third parties, nor are we responsible for any errors or omissions in such postings, or for hyperlinks embedded in any messages. Under no circumstances will we, our affiliates, suppliers or agents be liable for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on information obtained through these forums. The opinions expressed in these forums are solely the opinions of the participants, and do not reflect the opinions of The Rainmaker Family or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.

Such conduct may also constitute a violation of the terms and conditions for the RAINMAKER MASTERMIND, MAKE IT RAIN MASTERCLASS, RAINMAKER INNER CIRCLE, DONE FOR YOU SERVICES, ON DEMAND CHALLENGE, LIVE CHALLENGE, AND PHYSICAL PRODUCTS, In-Person or Virtual Events, and Bonuses and may void and nullify the refund policy for such program. Additionally, The Rainmaker Family or its designated agents may remove or alter any user-created content at any time for any reason.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, The Rainmaker Family has no obligation whatsoever to monitor any of the content or postings on the message boards, chat rooms or other public forums on the Sites. However, you acknowledge and agree that we have the absolute right to monitor the same at our sole discretion. In addition, we reserve the right to alter, edit, refuse to post or remove any postings or content, in whole or in part, for any reason and to disclose such materials and the circumstances surrounding their transmission to any third party in order to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request and to protect ourselves, our clients, sponsors, users and visitors.

We may cancel or terminate your right to use the Site or any part of the Site at any time without notice. In the event of cancellation or termination, you are no longer authorized to access the part of the Site affected by such cancellation or termination. The restrictions imposed on you with respect to material downloaded from the Site, and the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in these Terms of Service, shall survive.

When you visit our website, log in, register or open an email, we (or our provider) may access device and browser identifiers and attributes to better target ads or communications through online display media, email, phone calls, or direct mail. Registration

To access certain features of the Site, we may ask you to provide certain demographic information including your gender, year of birth, zip code and country. In addition, if you elect to sign-up for a particular feature of the Site, such as chat rooms, web logs, or bulletin boards, you may also be asked to register with us on the form provided and such registration may require you to provide personally identifiable information such as your name and email address. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Site’s registration form. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site (or any portion thereof). Refund Policies

WE STAND BEHIND ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS AND YOUR SATISFACTION IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US. ALL PURCHASES MADE FROM THE RAINMAKER FAMILY (INCLUDING ALL RELATED WEBSITE PROPERTIES, SALES OVER THE PHONE, AND LIVE EVENT ON-SITE PURCHASES) ARE COVERED BY THE FOLLOWING POLICIES.

Current refund policies are as follows, and may change from time-to-time. If the program or product is not listed below we do not offer refunds on those programs or products.

From time to time we may offer special promotions with specific terms and guarantees. The details of these on each specific offer page supersedes the terms on this page.

RAINMAKER MASTERMIND: COOLING-OFF RULE. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations require us to provide You with this Three Day Right of Rescission Notice. Under the FTC’s “Cooling-Off” Rule, You have the right to cancel this transaction and obtain a full refund if within 3 business days of Your purchase, by midnight on the 3rd day, You change Your mind and decide not to make the purchase. After this period, You understand that You are no longer entitled to request or receive any refunds for Your purchase, except as stated below.

AFTER 3 DAY COOLING OFF RULE: Rainmaker Family LLC offers the following promise: 10K Pay Day PromiseTM: This action-based promise (aka the “Personal Responsibility Discount”) as follows: If You implement what Rainmaker Family LLC has taught You, and have taken all of the required action steps communicated to You during the Membership program, but You do not make USD $10,000.00 (ten thousand dollars) in gross sales revenue from: (i) applying the strategies You learned from the Program;(ii) "launch" your product within the first 9 months; and (iii) from Your direct efforts to sell the product of Your choice within the first twelve (12) months of your Membership, then RF LLC will refund to You the sum of $5,000.00 (five thousand US dollars) of Your Mastermind Membership Fee as well as repurchasing up to $5,000.00 (five thousand US dollars) worth of Your unsold inventory. DONE FOR YOU PRODUCT RESEARCH: Outside of our 10k Pay Day Promise, there are no refunds for this service. Once we present the winning product ideas to you it is not possible to “return” that information and the hours of work have already been completed, this is service is non-refundable under any circumstances.

PAYMENT PLANS

Please note: If a product or service is purchased utilizing a monthly payment plan the customer is responsible for 100% of agreed-upon payments equaling the original purchase price of the product. If any payments are not received, the entire purchase is void and the payments made up to that point are forfeited to Rainmaker Family LLC and will not be refunded. Access to any digital product or platform will be removed.

LIVE RAINMAKER CHALLENGE/BOOTCAMP: The main reason people are not successful is that they are not willing to do the work. If someone joins the challenge/bootcamp and does nothing then asks for a refund, us granting that request would be us doing them a disservice. Nothing changes until we take action and that’s why this is called a challenge/bootcamp. That being said, if after the end of Day 2 you feel like you haven’t gotten at least 10X the value of your challenge investment we will happily refund your challenge/bootcamp investment in full. All you have to do is email us before 8:59 am PST on Day 3 of the challenge/bootcamp for a full refund.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS: If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the physical product in NEW condition, along with proof of purchase, within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund (less shipping and handling). You can contact our Customer Service Department at RainmakerFamilySupport.com during the hours of 9 AM – 5 PM PST, Monday through Friday for refund procedures.

Most apparel items or items directly shipped from Amazon or through StephensFreeStuff are fulfilled by 3rd party suppliers so we cannot refund or exchange the item if you ordered the wrong size, have buyer’s remorse, provide your address incorrectly, or have an unclaimed shipment returned to our 3rd party fulfillment center. Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. If any address is considered insufficient by the courier and is returned, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Any claims for misprinted/ damaged/ defective items/packages lost in transit must be submitted directly to our customer service department within 30 days of receipt.

LIVE EVENTS: All live event tickets are non-refundable, with no exceptions. However, all tickets are 100% Guaranteed RISK-FREE. If for any reason you are unable to attend, you can request a 100% credit at our online store or you may use the credit for a future live event. All tickets are transferable. Please contact our Customer Support Department at RainmakerFamilySupport.com during the hours of 8 AM – 5 PM PST, Monday through Friday regarding all ticket questions.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS: All digital and downloadable product sales are final. We do not offer digital product refunds, once a download/digital access has been assigned to you there is nothing we can retrieve back. If you have any problems accessing the digital content you have purchased please contact our Customer Support Department immediately at RainmakerFamilySupport.com so we can resolve the issue. Digital product purchases do not grant rights to the buyer to share, reproduce or resell the product in any way.

BONUSES: All bonuses will be delivered at various times and certain bonus content will not be available until the product is paid for in full. In the event that payments are not completed, all access and bonuses will be revoked. Due to the nature of our agreements with affiliates and joint venture partners, some bonuses may not be available to purchasers until after purchasers are outside of the refund period.

All refunds outside of this policy are discretionary as determined by Rainmaker Family LLC. Rainmaker Family LLC reserves the right to issue refunds for extenuating circumstances, as we deem necessary. All refunds will be for the total price paid less the cost for materials sent upon purchase.
Limitation of Liability

Assignment

Dispute Resolution
